Covid Precautions

We screen all patients before they come into the clinic. 

COVID screening may be done via email questionnaire on the day of your appointment or over the phone.

 We ask that you call from your car once you have arrived for your appointment. Leave a message on the voicemail and clinic staff will call you when a room is available. 

Please do not come into the clinic until the staff have told you it is safe to do so. 

Patients are asked to wear a cloth or disposable mask in the clinic. 

Patients should come alone: exceptions are made for children.
